Danette Lavish, Vice President of Administration, opened the first business session at 10:07 am, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Danette noted that we would deviate briefly from the standard agenda, and she prayed for the two pescadores who lost their earthly lives in a car accident this year. She also asked for God’s wisdom and guidance as the meeting is conducted. She stated that the meeting would follow Robert’s Rules of Orders; Bill Boyd has agreed to serve as the parliamentarian for the session.
