He actively serves as one of the Elders at Church for All Nations (CFAN) in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He also serves in many positions as a leader, teacher, and participant such as the Young Lion’s Adult Men and Children’s Ministry at CFAN.

Three workshops plus a Forum with the TDI President (for community Presidents only please) will be presented at each of 2 workshop sessions on Friday afternoon. Specific room locations will be announced at the event. Workshops are repeated and will be recorded.
1. Creating a Database on the Cheap
Learn how to set up a free database in Planning Center to manage all aspects of the weekend and keep track of all pescadores, or freely use Church Center to post community events. Hosted by John Thompkins, Colorado Front Range and Debbie Page, TDI Communications Advisor.
2. How the QFCL Document Protects Your Community Legally
Why do we need the QFCL (Qualifications For Community Leadership) Document? Find out how important it is and what could happen without it. Hosted by Merv Chapman, TDI Executive Vice President and Executive Committee Chair.
3. Sponsorship
Sponsoring, the lifeblood of Tres Dias. Jan and Carl sat down with six people from their community who have successfully sponsored, and we’ll hear from them, via video, as they share their insights and encouragement. So, join us for some tips and techniques for inviting candidates/pilgrims to experience this life changing experience.

- Robert’s Rules of Order will be in effect.
- Delegates to the Assembly are those individuals who have presented to the International Tres Dias Elections Sub-committee, appropriate credentials from their community (when the community was meeting as a Secretariat and elected the individual[s] as Delegate[s].)
- Communities authorized more than one (1) Delegate, and, accordingly having the right to more than one vote (By-laws 1.5, Para. 2), are those which have been chartered for a full fiscal year and have paid their dues (assessments) for the current fiscal year. Such communities will have completed the Annual Census form for number of new candidates in the previous calendar year and submitted such form to Tres Dian International prior to the beginning of the Assembly. Communities which have been chartered less than a year are authorized one (1) Delegate and one (1) vote.
- Delegates will be seated in a designated area during the meeting of the Assembly and will have a special designation on their name tag. Only Delegates (see Para. Two [2], above) will be allowed to make a motion or vote on a motion.
- A Delegate wishing to be recognized will rise and receive the recognition of the Chairperson; upon being recognized by the Chairperson, the Delegate will state his/her name and the community from which he/she is a Delegate and the nature of their business.
- Each community having more than one (1) Delegate has appointed a Head Delegate from that delegation, who will speak for the delegation when any vote count may be taken from the delegation.
- The Chairperson of the Assembly may limit debate on any subject when in the opinion of the Chairperson, a matter seems to be taking too long and that further debate may interfere with other necessary business of the Assembly. The Chairperson’s decision may be overturned by a two-thirds (2/3) majority of the Assembly.
- Any motions for New Business to be presented to the Assembly must be made in writing by a Delegate and presented to the Assembly Chairperson by 1:00 p.m. These motions may be considered for referral to Secretariat Committees.
- Matters which, according to the By-laws, require proxy ballots (see Item 1.8.1 of the By-laws) will be ruled out of order.

Governing Structure of Tres Dias
- We believe and profess our faith in one Triune God – The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit (Matt. 28:19).
- We believe and profess that Jesus Christ is the only Savior and is God in the flesh (John 1:1, 1:14, 3:36, 14: & Heb. 2:17).
- We believe and profess that The Holy Spirit is God and is The Lord and Giver of life, whocontinues to work in believers today to sanctify, edify and empower the whole Christian church on earth – – – for His purpose (Job 33:4, Acts 1:8, John 14:26 & Rom. 8:11).
- We believe and profess that the Holy Scriptures are the inspired and completely true Wordof God (II Tim. 3:16-17).
- We believe and profess that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God; that forgiveness of sins is received through confession and repentance – – and that our sins are washed away through the blood of Jesus Christ (Acts 2:38, I John 1:9 & Rom. 3:23).
- We believe and profess that salvation is a gift of God’s grace received through personal faith in Jesus Christ (Eph. 2:8).
- We believe and profess that the Body of Christ is to make every effort to keep the unity ofthe Spirit through the bond of peace until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of The Son of God (Eph. 4:3, 13).
- We believe and profess that God’s unconditional love, as made manifest to us through JesusChrist, is the primary witness by which people are renewed, edified and changed (I Cor. 13:8).
- We believe and profess that God has called us to live holy lives that will bring glory to Hisname (Col. 3:1-25).

Leader: Lord, your love is better than life itself
People: Our lips recite your praise
Leader: We proclaim your praise
People: And your faithfulness all through the night.
Leader: Hear what the apostle Paul has written in I Cor 12:28 and following:
28And in the church God has appointed first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then workers of miracles, and those with gifts of healing, helping, administration, and various tongues. 29Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work miracles? 30Do all have gifts of healing? Do all speak in tongues? Do all interpret? 31But eagerly desire the greater gifts.
Leader: There are different gifts.
People: But it is the same Spirit who gives them.
Leader: Each one is given a gift by the Spirit.
People: To use that gift for the common good.
